Bridging the gap begins through identifying the stresses that inhibit the individuals success. Examples include Food, Clothing, Housing, Transportation, Educational needs, Expenses and Resource allocation.

We provide direct support to community resource centers and service providers by facilitating the needs of individuals and their families while they are completing training courses, educational needs, mental health services, detox programs, medical, vision, dental needs and established assistance programs.
